Late Breaking Posters

The International Program Committee invites prospective authors to submit abstracts for poster presentations to be presented at the International Conference on Quantum Energy (ICQE 2023) being held at Pullman Melbourne On The Park.

Abstract submissions can be made via the Poster Abstract Submission Portal below:

All abstracts must follow the instructions listed below and be submitted online by 23:59 (AEDT) 24 November 2023. Please note that the closing date for abstract submission will not be extended.

Abstract Submission Details and Guidelines

  • Abstracts are to be considered for a Poster Presentation
  • All abstracts submissions are allowed a maximum of 300 words
  • Abstracts over 300 words will not be considered
  • Only abstracts submitted in English will be reviewed
  • Notifications will be emailed only to the submitting author
  • Authors are welcome to submit multiple abstracts
  • Abstracts should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar
  • There is no fee for submitting an abstract
  • Abstracts must be submitted by 23:59 (AEDT) 24 November 2023 for consideration by the Committee

During the abstract submission process, you will be required to provide;

  • Title of abstract
  • First and last names of all authors
  • Full affiliations for all authors
  • Abstract content of maximum 300 words

Once you have submitted your abstract, you will receive an automated submission successful email.

Terms and Conditions

The submission of an abstract indicates an understanding of the following terms and conditions for participation in ICQE 2023;

  • All authors must approve of submitting this work for presentation
  • At least one author needs to be available to present if selected
  • All abstracts are to be within 300 words
  • There is only one Presenting Author per abstract submission
  • To be accepted as an abstract, Presenting Authors must be registered for the conference
  • All abstracts must be submitted by 23:59 (AEDT) 24 November 2023 to be considered

ICQE 2023 reserves the right to remove from any publication any abstract that does not comply with the above.
